This trio of spectacular, richly flavored ground cinnamons will delight the palate of your favorite foodie. We start with the cinnamon sticks, grinding each, before locking in the flavor with a resealable vapor-barrier pouch. Great for a tasting party!
Cassia Cinnamon (1.5 oz): Slightly woody and sweet, classic Apple Pie flavor.
Ceylon Cinnamon (1 oz): Nuanced and slightly sweet with a perfumed nose, delightful in cream sauces, atop morning oatmeal.
Saigon Cinnamon (1.5 oz): Its high, 4.5% oil content packs a huge flavor that will stand up to coffee and pastries. Maroon colored, Saigon Cinnamon is reminiscent of the candy "Red Hots!"
